Job and Nicolas Martinez, the owners of the Japanese restaurant Mirakutei, opened this downtown sushi destination in January. The menu features salmon belly, hamachi carpaccio, sashimi, specialty rolls like the “Keep Portland Weird” (unagi, asparagus, cream cheese, topped with smoked salmon, avocado, and a spicy-sweet sauce), traditional and vegetarian options, and more.
