FRIDAY
LIVE MUSIC
Lonely God Fest
The Lonely God Fest kicked off on Wednesday, but if you’re not a weeknight partier, you have four more opportunities over the weekend to see what it’s all about. You’ll have to splurge a bit to see Friday’s show at Swan Dive featuring Martin Rev of influential synth-punk band Suicide, but all the other shows cost under 20 bucks. The lineup is TBA for an all-ages “secret cosmic matinee” at Turn! Turn! Turn! on Saturday before music-meets-puppetry act Quintron & Miss Pussycat play a 21+ concert at the Spare Room that night. The party returns to Turn! Turn! Turn! on Sunday night, closing out the fest with performances from pop trio WL, rapper Keeks, and a DJ set from disco-leaning musician and visual artist Bijoux Cone.
