  1. So I read through the law that got posted, and it would come down to a judge deciding whether or not Sam Adams having sex with Beau Breedlove is actually a Material Fact.

MATERIAL FACT – A fact that would be important to a reasonable person in deciding whether to engage or not to engage in a particular transaction; an important fact as distinguished from some unimportant or trivial detail.

  2. It means using city funding to lie and slander in order to sway an election just adds to the list of possible crimes admitted to by our mayor.

  3. Blah blah blah, I’m getting bored with this. Adams can easily duck this one by pointing to the unavoidable fact that the rumor was that Breedlove was 17, so it’s not entirely unreasonable to assume that he was saying he didn’t have sex with a 17 year old, not that he didn’t end up boinking Beau on his birthday. Everyone seems to forget that, and unless info comes out that Beau wasn’t across the finish line, there’s simply no grounds for this since Adams probably gets that he can come back like a good politician and say “I meant it in that other way” and it ends up bits and bytes clogging the internet. If Beau was 17 or Adams was like, “okay, fine Vera, like 3 days later I totally stole the show but you can’t say that”, then yeah, introduce him to the soup line.

It all depends on what the definition of “is” is.
