Hello, and welcome to another installment of “News that Will Make Mercury Copy Chief Courtney Ferguson Sad.” Today’s story involves one of her favorite actors from one of her favorite TV shows of all time, Buffy the Vampire Slayer‘s Nicholas “Xander” Brendon. From Bumpshack:
“Buffy, The Vampire Slayer” star, Nicholas Brendon, got drunk and started acting disorderly before the police showed up to arrest him in Venice, California on Wednesday (March 17).
Nicholas first resisted. He allegedly tried to punch an officer and flee the scene. The police were forced to shoot the 38 year-old actor with a Taser gun twice to subdue him. Nicholas was arrested on felony vandalism charges for damaging property during the bizarre incident.
