The Do-Over is coming back to Portland.

In case you were unaware, the Do-Over is a monthly afternoon dance party that takes over the Produce Row patio on choice summer afternoons. I wrote about it last August, which was right after founders Jamie Strong, Aloe Blacc (who is kind of a big deal right now), and Chris Haycock took their party to Portland.

The first party will be on Sunday May 1 and run from 2-10pm. Thanks to the deep pockets of Adidas it’s a free event, but you’ll need to RSVP here. As for the DJ lineup, it’s a secret. But given their history (A-Trak, Madlib, Flying Lotus) it’s a safe bet that someone skilled will be behind the decks.

End Hits: Now for the love of God, can someone please teach me how to Dougie?
