Usually on Friday, the internet has been crapping out a new cover or spin on Rebecca Black’s “Friday” because it is awful, and hilarious, and never should have been made except for the fact that her daddy is rich and the livin’ is easy. HOWEVER! The admittedly brilliant money-making machine behind Rebecca Black has obviously inspired Big Boi from Outkast (and his 16-year-old daughter!) to jump into the musical “Make a Wish” business, because their new recording label (entitled Purple Kidz) also features wannabe teen artists, like their first find 12-year-old Gabbie Rae. And while I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Gabbie’s first single to be just as hilariously awful as Rebecca Black’s magnum opus, IT’S ACTUALLY KIND OF AWESOME, AND TOTES ADORBS. Check it out, and shove Justin Bieber into a locker while saying, “Sorry, chumpley. Now there’s somebody cuter and catchier.” Here’s her first video, “Neverland.”
