It's official! This year's Portland installment of the World Naked Bike Ride will kick off at Mt. Scott Park (SE 74th Ave and Knight St) on Saturday, June 25, at 8 pm with kickoff at 9 pm! For those just joining us, the World Naked Bike Ride invites nude (and semi-nude) participants to form a bicycle parade through their cities, and while it may look like it's just for hella fun, it's actually to call attention to cyclist vulnerability and safety on the streets, as well as celebrating transportation methods that don't fuck up the earth so much.

And you can bet your bottom that the Portland version of the WNB produces a HUGE turnout every year, drawing around 10,000 participants—one of which might be you! And you definitely won't want to miss the always fun Portland Mercury Naked Bike Ride Afterparty at White Owl Social Club immediately following the ride, with DJs Dev from Above and Buster. Get more details about the WNB ride here!

And check out this fun WNB video produced by Stay Wild magazine, headed by former Merc art director, Scrappers Morrison.
