If you don't already know, cable locks are notoriously easy to snip for the knowledgeable Portland bike thief—but U-locks can be costly for those with little means. So stop by the PPB Bike Theft Prevention tent at this weekend's North Portland Sunday Parkways (June 26, 11 am - 4 pm) and trade that crappy cable in for a sweet Abus U-lock. Ahhhh. See?
