It's beyond me why PPB arrests the homeless repeatedly for so-called quality of life crimes but almost never for the real crimes they commit like stealing bicycles, cars, catalytic converters, packages off porches or breaking and entering.
Maybe it's because police officers don't actually stop crimes. Maybe it's because those crimes aren't actually committed by the homeless population in any real measurable significance. Maybe you are just a nimbyist prick.
