Here’s a taste of Billygoat, who are a band, but are really more than a band. Their music is accompanied by incredibly intricate stop-motion animation—it pretty much needs to be seen to be believed. So see it here, and then see some more tonight at Holocene, where the duo—recently relocated to Portland—are on a bill with Ah Holly Fam’ly, Ghost to Falco, and Grey Anne. Later in the month they’ll be playing at Mississippi Studios (April 14), Rontoms (April 25), and the Cascade Community Radio Launch at the Eagles Lodge (April 23).

Nick and David are rad, and Dioscuri, while kickass in it’s own right, isn’t nearly as good as some of the new stuff they’ve been putting out. A must see.
