I know fine art when I see it, and Phil Collins is looking fine. Local musician/artist Jay Winebrenner has a new art show entitled PHIL’D OUT which reimagines the Genesis leader as I have always seen him—a flextactular piece of muscular man-meat. The show is running all this month at Tiga (1465 NE Prescott), so now you can get drunk and stare at Phil Collins’ washboard abs.

No jacket required, indeed.
