The person in picture #2 is Larry Broomnall, a person with a severe mental illness who has been abandoned by our mental health system and has lived largely out of doors for the past decade.
Dear pdx97217,
I have wanted to know something about him since I began seeing him a decade ago. Do you have any other details?
Thank you.
Yep I saw him as I was out for a break and snapped his image as he had invoked so much sadness to me.
I thought it was important to post to remind others.
I walked over and gave him all the change I had on me which was only a couple of bucks.
