Earlier this week, Eater reported some bummer news that RingSide Fish House, the seafood-y cousin to RingSide Steakhouse, is closing its doors at its Director Park location after seven years of business.

However, it’s going out with an early bang this afternoon when its kitchen crew faces off against the kitchen crews of Southpark and Headwaters for a good old fashioned downtown oyster shuck off.

To find out who which seafood-happy kitchen shucks the fastest and which one makes the best mignonette, swing by Director’s Park today from 4 to 6 pm. Light food options are available as well as a drinks bar where you can score a cup of Belvedere punch for $7 and a glass of Veuve Clicquot for $14.

The only catch? You need a ticket, but they only cost $7 online—or $10 in cash at the door—and it’s all going to aid New Avenues for Youth, the local org that helps transition young people from living on the streets toward living out their life goals.
