A while back, I wrote about Mowgli Holmes and his company, Phylos Bioscience. Using words, mostly his, I did my best to describe his super amazing upcoming project. I said we would follow up when his project went live.
Last night at midnight, it did just that.
You don’t need to get high to enjoy this, but as with many things, it certainly won’t hurt. Hey, it’s a holiday.
What Mowgli and his team have done is map the cannabis genome and made a 3D representation of various strains and their relation to one another. I don’t think I can explain it any better than that, but their tour explains it with greater accuracy than I ever could, and it’s a highly visual experience, to say the very least.

I still prefer landrace strains. It’s nice to be able to enjoy smoking three quarters of a good tasting joint of creeper.
