Introducing “Samdroid”

Remember the contest announced a while back to design a superhero costume for Mayor Sam Adams? Here’s a sketch of the winning costume, submitted by Manny McIvor:

Sam will spend an hour in costume at the Alter Egos Society booth at the Stumptown Comics Fest, posing for photos and raising money for p:ear.

Thoughts? Maybe it’s because I just got back from Emerald City, but I sorta wish it were a little less “Portland” and a little more, well, super. You know, more like this guy. But still, good on Sam for agreeing to do this, and the Alter Egos Society and Things From Another World for making it happen.
