All points bulletin!
Movie Madness has been robbed!
According to the police, this man is accused of strolling into the landmark SE Belmont video store, poking around for about 25 minutes, then breaking into one of the shop’s many locked display cabinets of classic Hollywood props. He waltzed out with two guns and then, of course, hopped on his mountain bike and rode away.
One of the guns is a shotgun from The Wild Bunch and the other was John Wayne’s Winchester rifle in The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.
Here’s the suspect, looking giddy:

So if you see a dude biking around with two rifles, call the police tip line at 503-823-HELP (4357).

Man, fuck calling the police. Mike Clark needs to put a hit out on the thieving fucker! He already knows his identity. GET HIM!
“Somebody oughta belt you in the mouth.
But I won’t, I won’t, the hell I won’t.”
A shotgun is NOT a rifle.
This bastard took William Holdens gun from ‘The Wild Bunch’!
Movie Madness is a sacred space for me because of all the great movie memorabilia, and that gun and Orson Welles jacket from ‘Touch of Evil’ are among the highlights.
I hope they get this asshole soon.
This atrocity cannot stand!
He probably couldn’t find what he was looking for and went a little insane. Little Women under Australian Directors? Please.
