GOOD DAY! Do you like to drink beer? Then perhaps you’d like to attend the Portland International Beer Fest this weekend! Here’s what they say:
PIB is a high end 3-day beer festival specializing in rare, hard-to-find, exotic beers. Over 150 world-class beers from 16 countries will be on hand, hailing from all over the planet, many from right here in the Pacific NW. Stroll around the beautiful park with a cold one as you listen to music play all weekend.
It all goes down this Friday through Sunday (July 19-21, 4-10 pm Friday, 12-7 pm Sat & Sun) in the North Park Blocks, and is normally $20 bucks a pop—but I’m giving away TWO FREE TICKETS for any of the days, and that includes a tasting glass and five beer tix! (Obviously you have to be 21 or over to attend.)
But here’s the deal! To win you have to email me here by 3 pm TODAY, and pick up the tickets by 5 pm tomorrow (Friday) at the Mercury offices downtown. Be sure to include your name, and put “PIB Tix, Please!” in the subject line. I’ll pick a winner at random and let you know if you’ve won by 4 pm this afternoon.
