Seems to me, everything that has come out in the press on this guy is pretty accurate. Bar suspension, license suspensions and driving without a license, skipped court appearances, getting kicked out of adult rec sports leagues and now this. Wonder what else is out there, not that I'd vote for someone to be mayor who appears to have deep character flaws relating to keeping up to date on paperwork, keeping court dates and keeping from punching opponents in recreational sports leagues.
Plus all the BS about his (and his opponents) breaking the spirit, if not their words, on campaign pledges on donations (check out Orestar to see a number of multi-thousand dollar donations from out of state residence as well as corporate donations). And if they claim that they took those donations before their "pledges," that's just semantic disingenuousness.
"Hales' allies and supporters are powerfully aware of how to work media behind the scenes to dump on and embarrass a candidate they don't like."
As opposed to the aw-shucks Buttercream Gang running Smith's campaign? This seems like a pretty lopsided bit of editorializing without any substance behind it.
If I could vote, I would vote for Jefferson Davis Smith. He is the closest thing we will ever have in comparison to Tonya Harding. He gives "I tapped her" a whole new meaning.

I have to say he would be much more fun to watch than Hales. Until that point mid-term where he goes completely off the tracks.
I don't know, I may just vote for Umbrella Man.
WAIT!!!! WE HAVE FIVE MINUTES TO EDIT POSTS? WHEN DID THAT START HAPPENING?
