I always get a little too excited when my ballot arrives. Mail! For me! Pretty much every Oregon voter should have their ballot by now—I got mine Friday.

If you’re wondering how to encourage other people to fill out those ballots, the Bus Project is hosting its get-out-the-vote canvass on Halloween. Anyone can go volunteer at Trick or Vote and remind people to mail in their votes.

  1. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THE MERCURY ENDORSED A REGRESSIVE, INEFFECTUAL TAX MEASURE THAT WILL BE WORSE THAN THE PROBLEMS IT PURPORTS TO SOLVE.
