We’ve been celebrating Portland’s apparel design talent annually for—excuse my language here, but—11 fucking years! Our spring fashion shows have evolved over that time, but we found something that works: Open Season is a four-day event at four different venues in the center of town. The shows are early evening, happy hour-like affairs, and each presents new work from a designer who represents the excitement and accomplishment of our city’s independent creative scene.

Once again, I am bursting with pride to showcase the following:

MONDAY JUNE 15: Altar PDX (formerly Mag-Big) at White Owl Social Club

TUESDAY JUNE 16: Brady Lange at Doug Fir Lounge

WEDNESDAY JUNE 17: Reif at Rontoms

THURSDAY JUNE 18: Adam Arnold Studio at the Canton Grill

We want everyone to get to know their hometown clothing makers, so we keep ticket prices super-low: Each night is just $6 in advance ($9 at the door), or get smart and buy a four-night series pass for just 20 bucks. Each evening’s show starts at 6 pm, but get there early! Doors will open at 5, and you’ll want to get a drink and a good spot. RSVP and invite your crew—tickets are now available right here!
