Javelina and Inɨ́sha
Chef Alexa Numkena-Anderson’s fast-casual “powwow comfort food” concept Javelina, which soft opened its residency inside Lil Dame on January 13, hosted its grand opening last Thursday, January 23. Now, Numkena-Anderson’s Indigenous dining experience Inɨ́sha is set to make its debut on February 8. Javelina is walk-in only and open from Wednesdays through Saturdays, 11 am-3 pm, while Inɨ́sha offers a ticketed tasting menu dinner on Fridays and Saturdays at 6 pm.
