The Benson Hotel’s 50th Annual Gingerbread Display
For 50 years running, the historic hotel has baked and constructed a gingerbread showstopper that could earn a handshake from Paul Hollywood. The theme for this year’s four-foot by eight-foot masterpiece is “Polar Express” and comes complete with a working toy train.
