Grab last-minute specials for Mother’s Day. Procrastinated on securing treats to bestow upon your mother figure this Sunday? No sweat: Several eateries still have specials available. The vegan and gluten-free bakery Petunia’s Pies & Pastries will be baking up Mother’s Day specials like vanilla “babycakes” with rose buttercream and pistachios, blackberry lemon sandwich cookies, watercolor sugar cookies, and special cakes and doughnuts, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Plus, the Italian market Cooperativa has a variety of Mother’s Day bundles for sale, and Bullard‘s à la carte takeout menu, which includes bouquets of Colibri flowers, dinners, mini chocolate strawberry cakes, brunch boxes, cocktails, wine, and more, is still available for pre-order as well. Burgerville is also giving out free strawberry milkshakes to moms on Mother’s Day.
