Fake cowboys were all over the Rose Quarter area last weekend for the Professional Bull Riders thing. Lots of expensive Stetson hats, belt buckles, bolo ties, and $50-150 admissions, along with folks in T-shirts filling the lousier seats I imagine.
I'm unclear about the "apothecary" -- expensive lotions and candles scented like prairie grass and sagebrush?
