Lada Gaga got “a real job.” She is the new creative director of Polaroid. Read it and weep:

As reported in the Guardian:
“I am so proud to announce my new partnership with Polaroid as the creative director and inventor of speciality projects,” said the pop star. “The Haus of Gaga has been developing prototypes in the vein of fashion/technology/photography innovation, blending the iconic history of Polaroid and instant film with the digital era. Lifestyle, music, art, fashion: I am so excited to extend myself behind the scenes as a designer, and as my father puts it, finally have a real job.”
Two things: I think the first thing she should do is force the company to resume production of OG Polaroid cameras and film. We miss them at parties and they always come out so flatteringly. The iPhone app just isn’t the same. Also, who is in charge of photographing what she wears to the office? We must know.

+1 on more film! The office holiday party this year was sadly polaroid-free.
I fear what she mean by “extend myself behind the scenes.” Sounds spooky.
Polaroid already announced the re-introduction of their instant film and cameras a few months ago.
That’s the most half-assed job of concealing information that I’ve ever seen. Five minutes in photoshop and anyone with a modicum of skill (who cared) could have that info.
