I hate to be cruel, but I think even people who don’t ordinarily care about fashion should be up in arms about some of the things that happened on Wednesday on the first night of Portland Fashion Week:

See more photos and read my very generous comments on MOD, and check back for ongoing coverage of all the fashion shows this week.

1.Imagine I am Heidi Klum.
2.Portland Fashion Week, You’re ouuut.
That guy’s shirt/whatever makes me feel kind of icky.
Not even gonna touch #2, cause, um, yeah. But what’s up with #1’s stance? Looks like her shoes are too big and why are her toes turned in like that. She looks miserably uncomfortable, which makes me uncomfortable.
rockin’ theads, broseph!
Well, models are idiots and fashion is superfluous at best.
My pal is the lighting director. I like the actual venue. That’s pretty much all.
The model just got caught changing poses, its not her fault you dumbass
Holy Smokes! I was just reading the posts here a week ago and it was full of critical reviews about the show. Now many are gone? I think Marjorie Skinner has a soft spot for those guys at pfw. How much does it cost to get a critical post removed here in the Mercury anyway?
