It's pretty stupid to not have a cocktail menu if it* really is "a bar first." When I go to a restaurant, they don't ask me, "well what kind of foods do you like? Is there a dish somewhere else that was really good?"

* I don't see myself ever voluntarily saying the name of this bar aloud, which seems like another problem.
