There’s only so much room on the page for my Last Supper column, and I’m not particularly adept at sticking to my word count. So, as it is, we don’t always get to print as many of the photos from our stellar photographers as we might like. However, there’s plenty of room in our internet tubes, so we might as well give you every opportunity to salivate over the meals we get to expense.

This week I reviewed Uchu Sushi & Friend Chicken. I talked a little bit about the ramen, and how packed it is with pork shoulder, mustard greens, onsen tamago, and veggies. I think this photo does it justice.

More after the jump…

The fried chicken is $4 per piece. You can choose from wings, legs, thighs, or split breasts. I think a single piece of chicken is a nice addition to a sushi dinner.

And of course, the sushi…

  1. $4 a piece for Kyoto Fried Chicken is kinda pricey. Is it worth it, Tony? The rest of the food looks great. I’d visit that place.
