This week brings two of our most anticipated restaurants for 2022: the Indian street food spot Chaat Wallah (located inside 503 Distilling‘s new cocktail lounge) and the lively wood-fired Greek spot Bluto’s. 503 Distilling and Chaat Wallah
Want to be among the first to try 503 Distilling’s drinks before they hit the market? The local distillery, which is housed inside the Iron Fireman Collective building and known for its canned cocktails in flavors like “The Wicked Mule” and “La Vida Mocha,” recently launched an adjacent cocktail lounge, complete with six rotating draft cocktails in addition to traditional craft cocktails, beer, and wine. The lounge is also home to Chaat Wallah, a new Indian street food spinoff from DesiPDX owner Deepak Saxena, with items like masala pulled pork sandwiches, nacho chaat, and spiced lamb sloppy Joes.
