1st Street Pocha
This Korean street food spot opened in the former Du Kuh Bee space in Beaverton in early September, slinging Korean-style corn dogs, fried chicken, wings, corn cheese, chicken bulgogi, tteokbokki, and other bites. “Pocha” is short for “pojangmacha,” a type of covered tent or street stall serving street food in South Korea.
