Chef Ian Muntzert, who racked up restaurant industry cred working as the chef de cuisine at the Michelin-starred restaurant Commonwealth in San Francisco, opened this new Spanish restaurant in the historic American Foursquare house that was once home to Beech Street Parlor on Wednesday.
