
This week, the Cajun/Creole cart Mumbo Gumbo unveils its new brunch spot Grits N’ Gravy, chef Diane Lam opens a brick-and-mortar Sunshine Noodles bar, and former Autentica and Uno Mas chef Oswaldo Bibiano plots a new burrito joint inside a former car wash (!). Chuckanut’s P Nut Beer Hall
The Burlington, Washington-based Chuckanut Brewery opened this taproom in inner Southeast Portland on December 9, with nine beers on tap, including pilsners, Vienna lagers, and seasonal and limited offerings. The spot is all-ages until 8 pm and also carries kegs, cans, bottles, merch, and light snacks.
