This California-based chain opened its first Oregon location in Lake Oswego on Tuesday and is set to host its grand opening from March 17-20, with plenty of discounts. The company is known for its Frappuccino-like “original ice blended” drink and offers a variety of Arabica coffee, whole-leaf tea, and baked goods.
