On Sunday, the National Organization for Marriage (because the institution needs an organization like this or it would fall apart) held an anti-same sex marriage rally on the capitol steps in Providence, Rhode Island. Pastor Jay Stirnemann was on hand, and began speaking in tongues in an attempt to scare the gay right out of homosexuals. Unfortunately, it just kind of made him look like an idiot.

Seriously, people who speak in tongues! YOU LOOK LIKE IDIOTS!! I’m just telling you for your own good!

Bang bang, choo-choo train, let me see you shake that thang. Wm. Steven Humphrey is the editor-in-chief of the Portland Mercury and has held the job since 2000. (So don’t get any funny ideas.)

  1. Even when he was using real words it didn’t make any sense. People who think they are magic are weird.

  2. That guy shoulda and woulda have been humped like a rabbit by some super queer transfor, like the dude in the angry inch with accent and all, and like drum n bass music shoulda have been played at the event. That´s what I think.
