Over on his cranky blog, Jack Bogdanski is complaining about how Mayor Sam Adams blocked him on Twitter.
That is a pretty dumb move on the part of Adams’ office, but Bogdanski shouldn’t whine about the tactic. After all, he’s the one who blocked the Mercury news teams’ computers from his site back in 2007. What goes around, comes around.
This has been your petty blog infighting news update of the day, thank you for tuning in.
Update 10:54 am—Roy Kaufmann in Adams’ office says that the mayor did not ever intentionally block Jack Bogdanski. “Obviously we have no interest in blocking Jack Bog,” says Kaufmann, who says neither staff nor the mayor blocked the Bog. The mayor’s office thinks it could be a technical glitch and that when Adams tried to unblock Bogdanski, he got an error message.

The internet has leveled the world…right back to fifth grade.
LOL @ that codger bitching about being blocked. He blocks anybody who posts a comment that doesn’t fit into his warped world view.
Adams blocked me too.
I can’t even figure out what Jack Bogdanski’s politics are. All I can tell is that he’s an old codger who wants all the kids off of his lawn. His blog seems to be made of 100% un-adulterated complaints.
One of my morning rituals is blocking twitter accounts. Every day I get 2 or 3 advertising accounts following me, and I’ve found that it makes me feel good to block them.
So, I think that even if Adams’ intentionally blocked jackbog… I can’t blame him.
Blocking people makes me feel powerful*.
*I am a sad,sad lady.
It’s not a far reach to imagine Jack saying to Sam… “You…. Complete me.”
TWITTER FIIIIIIIIGHT!!!!!!!!
My favorite part of Bog’s website is his comments policy where he says he doesn’t allow ad-hominem attacks when his entire website is basically ad-hominem attacks. It’s hilarious he’s complaining about anyone blocking him when the guy blocks anyone who he disagrees with on his own site.
@BlackedOut +1
Bojack isn’t my cup of tea, but there’s a big difference between blocking the Merc and the mayor, no doubt tweeting on the clock, blocking a citizen of the city. Either way, you’re all petty.
