McD’s gots the 2 for 5 deal. That ain’t no deal. It’s two-fifty a sandwich. That ain’t cheap if you’re poor, and only got $10 in the account.
To look at it that way, Subway has got the 2.99, 6 incher. It’s at least you can get veggies and stuff.
We are fucking suckers for the 2fer. We get bought and fooled constantly.
Safeway’s gots the “must buy 2” to get the 4.49 sandwich, saving 50 cents. Have you seen the lettuce they put on there? It’s about the size of a baby’s bush.
