The Portland cops.
They won’t answer their non-emergency phone. They won’t take a report online if I know or suspect who stole several thousand dollars dollars of stuff and then threatened me, and they yell at me for calling 911.
For 3 days they’ve just run an endless message about how overworked they are. Doesn’t matter what time of day I call. Nobody answers.
What the fuck is wrong with this city?
I had to call 911 a few weeks ago and I was on hold for 8 minutes.
That’s why defund the police wouldn’t be a big deal. Neither would abolish the police. They don’t DO anything other than bilk taxpayers out of trillions (nationwide) and commit and/or cover-up crime. They sure as shit don’t do anything to prevent it or solve it. They don’t give a shit.
