Yes, they got caught. They got super caught. On pretty much everything.

Tonight's hearing begins the next phase in the process of validating to the American People. as well as the world, what it is we experienced together on on, before, and after January 6th.

This is going to surface a lot of emotions. Be prepared to feel big feelings.

Remember all of your feelings are real and valid.

If you want to dance and celebrate because we are a turning another page and the bad guys got caught, that is perfectly valid. If you feel angry and betrayed because of what happened, who was involved, and how long it took to be acknowledged by people who knew better, that is a perfectly valid feeling. If you want to cry and grieve at the news of the injuries and losses inflicted on individuals as well as our nation, that is perfectly valid. If you feel inspired to more openly, honestly, and fully connect with your community and find ways to prevent similar events from happening again, that is a perfectly valid feeling.

You may feel other things as well for different reasons. You may feel a number of emotions all at once. None of the things you'll feel will be wrong. All emotions are real, valid, and require self-acknowledgement and processing.

If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you will not be alone at all. If the feelings get to big or overwhelming, give yourself a break. You always have the option to phone a friend, just be mindful that others are very likely having similar emotional experiences.

Things are going to be okay. Things aren't perfect but they are moving in the right direction and starting to pick up speed. We are getting through this together.
