actually i was very glad that jerk didn't leash his dog July 3 1995 (and in fact dumped it at council crest park) allowing me to have an awesome dog at a Tom Peterson price.

I had a German Shepard when I was a kid. I had him off leash at Laurelhurst Park and he tore a jogger's ass cheek off. Up until then he had always been friendly to other people and dogs.

How come you don't see packs of stray dogs anymore?
