I couldn't agree more. Please leave so an employed Transplant without debt can move in and assist with the economic boom. I hear South Dakota is lovely this time of the year.

As FYI said, having a decent paying job (one that allows you to live in what is still one of the most affordable west coast cities..like it or not) does not make you a yuppie. You are pissed at those who chose to get a marketable education. How can you blame them?
