Dear Portlanders,
Didn’t the great migration of youth happen maybe in 2022 ? Or was that not a thing? Why is that not a concern of of those doing a poll now of those wanting to exit the state? What was the root cause? The youth out migration had numbers in the thousands and did they cone back to city?
There are more pressing things like unpaid labour not getting valued but it would be interesting to have a revisit of the youth leaving and what that has led to.—Anonymous
