September’s Rose City Comic Con bills itself as Portland’s “biggest pop culture convention,” but a peek at the guest list so far reveals a great lineup Portland comic book talent, and uh… not much else. (Fine. Richard Hatch, I guess.) They’ll be adding some events and more guests, however, in the days to come.
