SECOND: Roland Emmerich—the auteur behind 10,000 BC, The Day After Tomorrow, Godzilla, Independence Day, Stargate, and Universal Soldier—destroys the world yet again in 2012. I think I might be a sucker for wanting to see this, but I want to see this. Goddamn, I love watching shit get wrecked.

THIRD: No, this isn’t a trailer, but I can’t stop watching it. From the hobbit ears to Cameron’s facial expression to that dude on the stilts, this whole thing is just… well, yes, actually, “magical” is the word I’m looking for.

  5. I love end of world films, and the worse the acting the better I rate them. In this case it looks like I’m in for a great time as there appears to be nonstop overacting by both humans and elements in this film!
