So this happened:
Yes, it’s a Portland Police brutality-themed punk group. Yes, there’s a pirate on the cover for some reason. Some songs feature “Lester The Arresta”, another features the well-known “Oinker McBacon.”

I should say the concept reminds me of S.W.A.T., the execution is nowhere near as good as S.W.A.T.

Are we sure that’s a pirate? From the look of his costume he could be a minor Venetian noble of the 14th century…albeit one who shops at Hot Topic. BTW, if you go to the band’s MySpace page, they’re connected to, or at least fans of, an Austin radio personality with a penchant for interviewing 9/11 “truthers.” Curiouser and curiouser…
