The rolling 69's crips were throwing a party in the ballroom of the Red Lion Inn).

All these shootings were done with assumably illegal weapons.

The Police are begging for help as they have reached the point where they've virtually lost control of the situation. Their stretched so thin they're only investigating shootings where people were actually hit.

These were primarily African American gangs involved (with a few wannabe white boys mixed in). The guns primarily come from thefts/burglaries from legal owners (and then passed from criminal to criminal).

Yes, illegal immigrants are heavily involved in the drug trade, but African American gangs have moved on from being street drug dealers to being pimps and panderers in the sex trade. Which is not to say that both illegal firearms use and illegal immigration are not both problems, but they are problems that are linked only in that the American people don't seem to have much resolve to do anything about either.

Amemdment...means our forefathers knew and planned for times to change and the 2nd amendment like all amendments was written to be amended. It is what makes us God loving Americans. We have a constitution that was written to be changed. The fact that a few people in Roseburg don't even know the word amendment is not a big deal.
