I'm skeptical that a city that never met an Advisory Board it didn't love would do away with an Advisory Board. I suspect they will create an Advisory Board (or perhaps a Task Force, which is really a committee with a theme song) to advise on the Advisory Board. It will be the most Portland Portlandia sketch ever.
