After canceling her 10 am press conference today, which many assumed would be about potential closings of restaurants, bars, and recreational facilities, as Washington state did yesterday, Governor Kate Brown will be addressing the press and public this afternoon. According to a statement from her office, Brown will be making a "major announcement" on hospital capacity in Oregon, along with new "social distancing measures."
