How out-to-lunch do you have to be to think that Portland treats black people as immune to arrest?

"Black immunity" is a phrase I never thought I'd see, hear, or cite.

My major takeaways from this incident:

1) Racism in Portland continues to thrive.

2) Maxine Bernstein, who is generally a very good reporter, made a real error in judgment in getting out front on this story.

3) The Willamette Week is trash.
