If you’re anything like me, you’ve been depressed to pick up a newspaper the last few days. But no more! A New York Times/CBS poll shows Obama has regained a 5 point lead over McCain amongst registered voters, and that there’s huge concern about Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s fitness to be vice president.
What a relief. It somehow makes the fact that my IRA lost $450 in a single day yesterday somewhat more bearable. If only I’d donated the money last week, I could have helped Obama with it…
Matt, you should have a daily post about investing because I had no idea an IRA could lose money. The value of my index fund portfolio is down 12 percent from six months ago, though.
