As a liberal, I am fucking disgusted by the demonization of the pro-initiative signature gatherers – this is completely NOT the way we are supposed to operate. This is counter-productive bullshit that panders to the absolute worst instincts in people, while doing absolutely nothing to contribute to a responsible civil discourse about simple political disagreements. I kinda hoped we were above bullshit like that.
And you’re not angry, just disappointed?
I like the cross-posting. It lets us Blogtown readers know what is in the dead tree edition without having to click around on your main site. Those news junkies among us can get straight to the content.
